Instructions & Ingredients
Keep the roll of dough frozen until ready to use.
- Allow the package to thaw slightly – about 10 minutes.
- Thinly slice the dough into 1/8 inch thick rounds and place 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet. [42-48 rounds]
- Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 12 – 15 minutes, or until the wafers are golden brown.
*If preparing several rolls keep sliced rounds in the refrigerator until ready for the oven for best results. Baked rounds can be kept for several days in an air tight container.

Mamie’s Famous Cheese Wafers and Mamie’s Tuscan Wafers are frozen, slice-and-bake appetizers. The cheese wafer dough is packaged in a 14-ounce roll wrapped in FDA-approved polyethylene. There are no preservatives.
Dough must be kept frozen until used.
